Like there wasn't enough reason to NEVER sit on a public toilet! Ewwwwwww... This news cast is quite disturbing...
Three women in North Florida, turned up at hospitals over a 5-day period, all with the same symptoms. Fever, chills, and vomiting, followed by muscular collapse, paralysis, and finally, death. There were no outward signs of trauma. Autopsy results showed toxicity in the blood. These women did not know each other, and seemed to have nothing in common. It was discovered, however, that they had all visited the same Restaurant within days of their deaths. The health department descended on the restaurant, shutting it down. The food, water, and air conditioning were all inspected and tested, to no avail. The big break came when a waitress at the restaurant was rushed to the hospital with similar symptoms. She told doctors that she had been on vacation, and had only gone to the restaurant to pick up her check. She did not eat or drink while she was there, but had used the restroom. That is when one toxicologist, remembering an article he had read, drove out to the restaurant, went into the restroom, and lifted the toilet seat. Under the seat, out of normal view, was a small spider. The spider was captured and brought back to the lab, where it was determined to be the Two-Striped Telamonia (Telamonia dimidiata), so named because of its reddened flesh color. This spider's venom is extremely toxic, but can take several days to take effect. They live in cold, dark, damp climates, and toilet rims provide just the right atmosphere. Several days later a lawyer from Jacksonville showed up at a hospital emergency room. Before his death, he told the doctor, that he had been away on business, had taken a flight from Indonesia, changing planes in Singapore, before returning home. He did not visit (Olive Garden), while there. He did, as did all of the other victims, have what was determined to be a puncture wound, on his right buttock. Investigators discovered that the flight he was on had originated in India. The Civilian Aeronautics Board (CAB) ordered an immediate inspection of the toilets of all flights from India, and discovered the Two-Striped Telamonia (Telamonia dimidiata) spider's nests on 4 different planes! It is now believed that these spiders can be anywhere in the country. PICTURE So please, before you use a public toilet, lift the seat to check for spiders. It can save your life!

Packing is truly a task....
I'm up to neck in boxes, bubble wrap & packing tape..... I don't trust movers to actually pack my things, just to move my things. Hence the name "MOVERS" Besides, I mark all of my boxes with their contents so I can find anything at any time :-) A little quirk that was passed down to me from my mother.. Actually spent part of my day listening to 80's metal ~ Yeah, thanks a lot VH-1... Shit heads... Heheheeee, which compelled me to dig in my office closet to find old tapes and CD's to remind myself of my fucked up youth..... Thinking back I remember this place I used to frequent a lot when I was a kid... I was between 14-17 years old. "Bazzini(e) Brothers Warehouse" from what I can remember ( it's all a little fuzzy ) they were two 70 year old Italian twins (i think) that rented out the bottom floor of their warehouse to local bands to practice. That was such an incredible time for me. I had a lot of freedom, got drunk, stoned and learned to play the drums. Eventually, that's the only reason why I went. I fell in love with music..... That and hair spray... I teased my hair to the gods.. teeeheeeheeeee.... There were some great bands that took up the bottom floor of that warehouse. Some on the verge of being discovered. Some not so lucky and never would be.. Either way, I enjoyed listening to them. Names like " Jimi Bell" A fabulous GUITARIST that according to rumor, auditioned for Ozzy Osborne... I think he was with a band called "Joined Forces" at the time... Ahhhh anywho.... I was a dipshit and googled them to see what they were doing now.... OOOOOoooopsSssy, and I found an Ex and a one nighter on the same website... I think I should have left google alone.... Well that's enough for me... Gotta go....

Lapping up the rest of the Caviar & cream cheese covered cracker... That's a lot of C's... I forgot to mention the minced green onion and baby salad shrimp. Today's lunch in a nutshell. I hope that you all are enjoying your weekend. Got a lot coming up and much to discuss but first I must acknowledge My Mystic Mishaps! Ugh, I hate when this happens... UGHHH! No biggy, I can easily use a remedy that I've learned in my dermatology class. My T&A shoot went terrific! I'm so stoked that we did this shoot! Were also shooting with Kat ~N~ 9 Tails the next couple of days, which is always a pleasure and is something not to be missed! I have so many pictures that I haven't shared with you all yet... Hi Everyone,
How was your weekend? Hope you all survived the deep freeze that passed through. Sorry about being a little slack with my journal entries so let me bring you up to date! It was a red carpet event, SOLD OUT SHOW! Out of a stretch Limo, Tara Nicole appears to be a little bit surprised. Close to 700 people clapping and cheering. Family and friends by her side. Her movie was a HUGE SUCCESS! Pattra's flawless performance caught the eyes of many and the night couldn't have gone any better. As far as I'm concerned they deserve all of the success in the world! I'll let you all know where the film can be seen when it comes out! WOOOO HOOOOOOOO ::: It SNOWED ::: Ok, I know that most of you won't share my enthusiasm on this but I happen to like the snow. I need to live in a place where there is a change of season or I will go NUTS! They are predicting only an inch but I'm crossing my fingers that it will be more. It's about time that it started to feel like winter... It's only 32 degrees outside.... Gotta love it! I know that I jump from topic to topic but try and stay with me here...
We have been renting a lot of movies as of late. Too cold out there to really be doing anything else. X-Men 2 is pretty decent. It was just as good if not better than the first. Bruce Almighty was actually quite funny...But a little too religious for my taste.. We also rented Underworld.. I've got 2 words for yah, CHEESY SHIT! Don't even bother with that one. I'm not a big movie goer. I hate being in a enclosed room with sick people with the same air being circulated over and over again.. YUCK! I also don't want to sit in a seat where thousands of others have sat before me. Doing lord knows what's on them... It makes me cringe! I'll wait for it to come out on DVD.. I think that I enjoy the out takes on movies more than the movie itself. When I was working on movie sets when I lived in Wilmington, there was a lot of goofing around while waiting for the shot to be set up. I know that there were a lot of out takes on the Bloodmoon set. I wish that I had access to them. OK, one more bounce and I'm outta here... Has anyone seen the BIGFOOT/Cingular commercial? "You ain't got NO CAMERA.... HAHAHAAAA, ROFL... If anyone happens to find the commercial online, please send me the link. Welp, gotta go... Have a wonderful Monday! Oh, don't forget to check out my latest Panty Raid Pics! XOXO

Congratulations TARA!!!!!!
My Friends Film Premier is tonight! PROVOCATIVE DOCUMENTARY FILM TO PREMIERE ON THALIAN HALL'S MAIN STAGE INCLUDES "LIVE" PERFORMANCE BY THE LADY BUNNY Article by: GLBTPI.com WILMINGTON, NC - The story of a North Carolina drag queen will come to life on Friday, January 9, 2004 as Dixie Queen premieres on Thalian Hall's Main Stage. Dixie Queen is a somewhat scandalous and ultimately revealing look into the life of Tara Nicole, a drag queen who grew up on a farm in Beulaville, North Carolina and now lives in Wilmington where her peers call her the "Bitch Goddess of the Port City." The film, described as "one that defies stereotype" by writer, producer, and director, Miles Christian Daniels, also features drag performers like North Carolina legend, Scarlett Dailey, and the star of the movie Wigstock, The Lady Bunny, from New York City. "Most films about this underworld depict drag queens as drunk-crazed, drug addicts found in seedy gay bars," said Daniels. "What I found was a group of brilliant entertainers who are &endash; first and foremost -- painfully human." In November 2002, Daniels pitched the idea to Hal Rifken, who owns HM Rifken Productions in New York, while the two were filming a segment for PBS about Cardinal Bernard Law's resignation as archbishop. "Looking back, this was an odd setting for pitching a film about drag queens," said Daniels. "Here we are in Boston, at the epicenter of the biggest scandal in Catholic Church history, and I go to dinner with Hal one night and say 'Hey, let's do a film about a Southern drag queen." Tara Nicole, who is not only a drag queen but also transgender, agreed to the film because she "wanted to help change the public's perception of drag queens." "We are hard-working people," said Nicole. "Most films about drag queens portray us as party animals found in freaky nightclubs, and that couldn't be farther from the truth in terms of who we truly are." In addition to Tara Nicole and additional drag queens making up its plot, Dixie Queen also features a wide-array of characters who add perspective to what it means to be gay and Southern. In a stereotype-bashing twist, Tara's staunchest support comes from her own family in rural Beulaville, who accept her unconditionally. Her father &endash; a 74-year-old tobacco farmer &endash; says simply, "I don't think she can help it, do you?" Both Tara's father and aunt are interviewed on the family farm where they talk about total acceptance and family bonds. Dr. Dennis Nicks, of Wilmington Plastic Surgery, discusses the botched breast enlargement that left Tara disfigured and grants access to Tara's visits and medical treatment. And, Bobby Jenkins, popular in Wilmington for his daily, downtown walking tour, offers a colorful &endash;and often humorous -- historical perspective of gay people in both Wilmington and the south. But, according to Daniels, the most compelling scene is "Oh Happy Day" where the characters talk poignantly about religion and how this has been resolved in their personal lives. "Going into the film, I assumed that family and friends stood as the greatest obstacle in resolving sexuality, but I was mistaken," said Daniels. "Most I interviewed first heard that being gay was wrong from behind a pulpit -- not from mom or dad. And confronting a religious system that condemns them to hell, is an intensely arduous process." Dixie Queen has already garnered interest from HBO and has been entered into nine independent film festivals, including the 2004 Cannes Film Festival, the 2004 International Film Festival Rotterdam and the 2004 International Berlin Film Festival. The film has also been screened in small markets, including in the United Kingdom, where -- according to Rifken -- filmgoers "loved it." "The United Kingdom had never seen anything like this before &endash; drag queens with a Southern accent," said Rifken. "They just loved the voices and were intrigued by the religious aspect." And, Rifken expects more success as the film opens in larger markets. "I screened it to a small audience in New York and Los Angeles and they were fascinated by the characters in the film," said Rifken. "Folks in larger cities forget how interesting people can be in a small town like Wilmington, North Carolina." But although Dixie Queen is already receiving acclaim, for Daniels, premiering the film in Wilmington is "a dream come true." "I've lived in the south my entire life," said Daniels. "And the idea of showing a film like Dixie Queen to folks in this region thrills me." Also included as part of the premiere, a "live" drag stage show featuring performances by Southern drag celebrities, local musicians and singers, and a special in-person appearance by The Lady Bunny -- famous as founder, producer and Mistress of Ceremonies of Wigstock, a Labor Day drag fest that attracts some 35,000 annually to New York City's Tompkins Square Park and was the subject of the award-winning film, Wigstock, shown on HBO. According to Daniels, the premiere is "an A-list event people will talk about for a long time to come."

Hello ALL!!!
Wow, It's the 5th already. Time is just flying by! I hope that everyone had a great weekend and didn't get into too much trouble...
Last night was the first of the last 8 episodes of Sex & the City. I'm so sad to see this show go.
We rented American Wedding this weekend.. Awwww. Too funny.... I was kind of disappointed that some of the characters did not return. Well, let me rephrase that.. I was disappointed that Shannon Elizabeth didn't return.... Shannon Elizabeth, the long legged beauty that looks great in cotton panties and can make any boy cum with just one touch! I can't seem to get her thighs out of my mind... HOT, erotic, yet very tasteful "I've seen her home on MTV CRIBS" MY ideal one night stand. Recently on Celebrity Poker; holding her own. I held the remote loosely as not to accidentally touch any buttons so not to kill my eye candy. UMMM YUMMY! BUT, all in all it was hilarious and worth renting... OK, HOLD THE PHONE... I HATE to be so cheesy and bring this up, BUT, I'm just getting this headline across the bottom of my screen... Brittany gets married in Vegas??? WTF Alrighty then, Moving on.... I would like to thank some of you for writing in with requests for 2004! I will be sure to fufill them A.S.A.P. I've got a ton of shoots lined up for the month of January. Speaking of, I have to run to the store. Need some new attire to play in! Talk with you all later... Have a great day! XOXO P.S. Oh, by the way, look for some new changes coming to my site coming soon!
